Nuget package for Autofac.DynamicProxy is out of date and cannot be installed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run in package manager: AutofacContrib.DynamicProxy2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the most recent version of castle with the latest version of 
AutoFac contrib compiled against it.

The current AutofacContrib.DynamicProxy2 package isn't actually published by 
the Autofac project. Looking at it in the gallery...

...it appears some concerned citizens did that publishing themselves.

As soon as we have publishing for the contrib projects directly, we'll need to 
contact those folks to possibly allow us to take ownership or something like 
that. In the meantime, you'll need to contact those folks and get them to 
update.
