Update AutofacContrib.NMock2 to be general NMock with newer dependency #367

The NMock2 support we have is fine, but NMock3 is out and there's no support 
for it. We should add support for NMock3 and consider phasing out NMock2 
support.

NMock2 has been removed from support and there is no plan for NMock3 unless 
someone requires/asks for it.
