Provide a Non portable version of autofac

Hi, it is great that you know support windows phone and metro apps via portable 
apps. But also you should notice there are other languages like nemerle which 
are incapable of loading portable dlls due to SRE limitations.So this new 
version is no longer usable for nemerle :(

We moved to PCL so we would be able to remove the extra build and maintenance 
complexity of maintaining different builds/targets for different platforms. 
While it's unfortunate this may limit the use slightly, PCL is the recommended 
way to do multi-platform development now.

If your particular platform doesn't support it, it might be good to file 
defects over there to get them to fix it. It appears there is a list of known 
issues and workarounds for Nemerle here:

Another option is to download the source and make a custom build for yourself 
that will work on your platform. Maybe not optimal, but always an option.
