Cannot install on mac #3

I am getting the following error:

$ ./configure --with-bamtools=/usr/local/bin/bamtools
configure: error: Cannot stat directory /usr/local/bin/bamtools

Also - this package requires automake (for aclonal)

I misunderstood...with homebrew, you have to use the directory that bamtools is installed into:

./configure --with-bamtools=/usr/local/Cellar/bamtools/2.3.0
