Do not package `amiko_frequency_fr.db` into the AmiKo release #215

  1. Running make bundleAmiko
  2. Results in amiko_frequency_fr.db being downloaded as well.
  3. The file can be found here: build/intermediates/assets/amikoRelease
  4. If the file is downloaded as well, the .aab file becomes to big, larger then the allowed 150 MB.
  5. amiko_frequency_fr.db is not needed for the AmiKo release. It is only needed for the CoMed Release.
  6. Currently I am manually removing the file during the make bundleAmiko process ;).
