Add ZSR and GLN to doctor address on iOS. #127

  2. We need to add the ZSR and GLN fields as well on iOS.
  3. The fields also have to be added to the amk-json file within the doctors address.
  4. The new AMK-json file format has to sync via iCloud between iOS and macOS.
  5. The new file format also has work via Airdrop between iOS and macOS.
