This regards the Hash-Value

11.04.2018 -> 11.4.2018
11.12.2018 -> 11.12.2018
03-05-1942 -> 3.5.1942
03/05/1942 -> 3.5.1942
3.7.1999   -> 3.7.1999

Format is always d.m.yyyy - take out the zero prefix.
