Clicking the `Medidata` Button has to do the following things: #184

  1. Save Prescription as JSON.
  2. Send XML to Mediata VA.
  3. Save return code of Medidata to the Prescrption entry.
  4. Flag the prescription as "gesendet an Medidata am Datum" in the history where all prescrptions are saved.
