Update Gemfile.lock to use spreadsheet 0.9.6 and silence rspec warnings #6

I called bundle update to get a new spreadsheet version.

Quite a few gems are now in a newer version, too.

Running bundle exec rake spec then produced quite a few warnings that rspec now expects a different syntax when checking for the absence of runtime errors
