Add Products that do not start with `7680` from `Preparations.xml` #70

  1. We are missing some products that are in Preparations.xml but not registered with Swissmedic.
  2. The GTIN of all these products does not start with 7680 in Preparations.xml
  3. Fill up all the empty tags including Name DE, Name FR, ATC-Code, PEXF, PPUB, etc for all products via Preparations.xml, where the GTIN does not start with 7680.
  4. Currently I count 49 such products.
  5. Generate the name for the product as following: <NameDe>, <DescriptionDe>, <DescriptionDe> (from the Pack Tag, where the GTIN is nested). Use the coma in the name to separate the values.
  6. i.e. the Name DE for GTIN 4056631001639 would be: Milupa Aptamil Pepti Syneo, Plv, Ds 400 g
  7. Same for French.
