oddb2xml -b version `2.8.2` only outputs `oddb_calc.xml` #76

  1. Running oddb2xml -b -I 45 -c zip
  2. Only outputs oddb_calc.xml
  3. It should output all the files and also put them into a .zip file as it used to be.
  4. It seems like the -b option only outputs the oddb_calc.xml option currently.
