Add NON-SL XLSX #85

  1. Add this file to the option -b of oddb2xml
  2. https://www.zurrose.ch/sites/default/files/media/downloads/NSL%20deutsch.xlsx
  3. Only add the products, that are not already there.
  4. Map by GTIN. If not found by GTIN, map by Pharmacode.
  5. The price goes into the Tag ZURROSEPUB
