Update crate versions and refactor! #24

It's been a while y'all! But I'm back and refactorin!

So far I've:

updated lexical core
Updated clap version
Bumped serde version
Did a major refactor of tmux.rs to use new tmux_interface version
Add some CI in the form of github actions

Hopefully after this it'll be easier to add in some of the planned stuff I've had planned for a while

I'm also planning a near total rewrite of the app.rs section and to maybe take another look at the interface itself. I think this might turn into it's own pr though.
