Hello @zdealveindy, many thanks for sharing your code ! I am currently trying to perform HCR resampling and ESI calculation. I found this very interesting piece of code and was wondering if you would accept to share the following files (or at least their head): 92249_Table.txt 92249_SpeciesData.txt 92249_TableHead.txt 92249_ShortHead.txt Many thanks, Marie

Hi Marie, I am happy you are interested in our work, I thought that paper got completely forgotten :) The data are not mine, so I am afraid I cannot really share them, sorry. The 92249_* datasets are complete stratified Czech vegetation database, used to be imported into JUICE. I can share some smaller subset if you want, for example 1000 plots selected from the beginning of the table; would that work? May I ask what is your plan? Do you plan to experiment with the approach, or even calculate ESI for some region? Just curious. Nice day, David
