This is a jQuery-based, progressively-enhanced solution for creating a single-field credit card input. The idea is to create a more streamlined credit card entry process.
After adding the credit card number, it tries to auto select the date fields, bit it ends up stuck like the screenshot and you can't type a date. Just try to use it on an iPhone and you'll see what I mean.
