Add Winbindex Lookup #12

Hey,

thank you a lot for providing this useful tool!

I tried adding a Winbindex Lookup, which is a project that tries to document every known windows binary.

See Winbindex and Winbindex - Introduction for reference.

I think this would make for a useful addition to the SOC-Multitool.
