What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for SvnX on google
2. go to the top result,

3. Click on download
(http://www.lachoseinteractive.net/en/community/subversion/svnx/download/)
4. Notice that the download link is for v0.9.13
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The download page on the SvnX website should have a link to the latest
version of SvnX-- or at least a link to the google code site.
