this doesn't seem to work with Webpack 4. #1

Getting this error:

Module build failed: TypeError: Cannot read property 'sassLoader' of undefined
        at getLoaderConfig (/Users/jamesgillmore/codementor/remitano/p2p-frontend/node_modules/sass-loader-once/index.js:382:39)
        at Object.module.exports (/Users/jamesgillmore/codementor/remitano/p2p-frontend/node_modules/sass-loader-once/index.js:41:23)

@faceyspacey, @rycastaneda, I used css-hot-loader with mini-css-extract-plugin
