FPS issue on some machines (possible screen issue?)? #13

On my stationary machine, game runs at 40-50 FPS. When DirectX halves my FPS, it goes down to 30, like it is supposed to.

Stays closer to 60 FPS on my other screen, but fluctuates wildly.

It also lagged a couple of times. Might be as it shows a new tile of the background.
