health/power bar does not scale with zoom #7

zoom is supposed to be disabled, but if it is made a feature this must be fixed.

In what way should it be fixed, if we do indeed decide to use it somehow?

this is a simple fix, done by changing how the hud's draw method is called. i'll fix it, but it's not on my current list of todo's

Clearing your assignment here for now. This is low priority, someone will get here at some point and fix it if needs be. Leaving it open, though.
