flipping pages by tapping/swiping delay

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when in single page view, switching pages is instant, however after rurning 
frome one page tot the next, i have to wait about 2 secons until i can switch 
pages again.
this only happens with the touchscreen, using volume keys, i can navigate 
around more pages without any delay.

What is the expected output?
scanning through pages quickly.

What do you see instead?
a wait after evry single page

What version of the product are you using?
newest version from google play

On what operating system?
android 4.3

What device are you using?
galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition lte

Please provide any additional information below.
please help me figure this issue out, otherwise this is the best reader by far

What animation type do you use?

No animation. It seems like i can only advance further when the page number 
toast has come up. I tried turning that off as well, no help.
And as i said, with the voljme keys it's working instantly.

OK. If there is some animation, then next page flipping by touch can be made 
only after it finished. But in case of no animation there should not be any 
delay. We will check. Thank you for your report.
