This is awesome. Thanks a lot for this! I knew it was possible but unfortunately I don't have any 4k screens to test. Big thanks to those who helped you too.

Happy to help! Here's some additional details:
This also works with an iMac15,1 SMBIOS (I switched to this recently for Big Sur compatibility, but I'm still on Catalina 10.15.6).
Thats good to know, I've added your remarks to the README.md of my Big Sur testing branch. I'll soon merge it. Thanks again!
I've moved to the same SMBIOS because 14,4 has the HD4000 base clock way too high for my liking and 15,1 seems to work fine with and without dGPU. Apple might still add support for 14,3 though. It's better in all aspects than the 14,4 which was introduced as "budget" alternative for the 14,3 if I remember correctly.
I'm also still on Catalina. Even though Bir Sur seems to work fine and I haven't ran into any serious bugs on the last beta, I just can't get over the iPadOS look and feel of some parts of it 😅
I've enabled 4k and multi-monitor support for the Optiplex 7020 (SFF) by adding the following values to the WhateverGreen (WEG) Device Properties in config.plist:
Note this does not rely on any unstable kext patching. Credit to you for figuring out what the old 4k azul patch did in the first place, @nicksoph, and @0xd1ab10 for helping me narrow down the proper WEG properties and values to change.
Also, this is my first time doing anything in GitHub, so I apologize in advance and please double check my work!
