list index out of range error. #12

Looks like there may be an error in the library. The following oss project uses this library and it's been causing some issues: Please see this: https://github.com/custom-components/weatheralerts/issues/17 and https://github.com/custom-components/weatheralerts/issues/16

Do you know if there are any issues with pulling some ids like 055009?
