The NOAA url used for the SameCode List does not seem to be active anymore. This is causing init with samecodes to fail. https://github.com/zebpalmer/WeatherAlerts/blob/b99513571571fa0d65b90be883bb3bc000994027/weatheralerts/geo.py#L116
