Cronjob and File Explorer webpage on webserver New #131

This is just to put on a webpage that I made for editing the:
/etc/cron.d/root file
I don't think many people use this option, but I use it for some stream 
recording scheduled.
I also edited and added some icons to the webpage posted earlier, the file 
explorer. The rar file is the image icons.
ps feel free to remove the copyright at the bottom, I just added it so the 
webpage looks nicer.
