How to RUN a SCRIPT on SNAKE OS? #298

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Run a script.
In this example, decrease torrents download and upload speed when some listed 
PC enter in network.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NS-K330
snakeos-V1.3.2-20111019-from-snake

Please provide any additional information below.

I am an inexperienced user in Snake OS. I see several useful features to be 
applied to the system, but in script form, and I have no idea how to apply them.
So the basic question is:
How to apply scripts to my THE SNAKE?

As an example, I use the script "Setting Auto speed for Transmission" from the 
link below:
