collect all available logs aka logcat etc #2

need review and try to get all possible logs from device/emulator using the control via shell and appium

So far in 2.0 wda logs for iOS will be captured and published. Also in this version we simplified a lot sharing process, i.e. just generating any file inside /tmp/log will be uploaded to s3 storage
