do exit 0 for tvOS in case of `Timed out waiting for response for message` #285

phones and tablets might be workable in spite of the Timed out waiting for response for message on usbmuxd side. let's do exit only for AppleTV

fixed in appium:2.0.7 which is republished onto the ECR
