Test owner and test labels are not getting parsed after cypress update #11

Preconditions Run test with existing owner and labels (testRail, XRay)

  1. Expected result On every test run test owner and labels are observed
  2. Actual result After updating cypress to 9.1.1 version test owner and labels doesn't not appear on all of the test runs console log 8.7.0.txt console log 9.1.1.txt worker log 8.7.0.txt worker log 9.1.1.txt
