ios: usbreset for iOS devices is broken #281

pay attention to the trust message if it appears or not... if not, we can start collecting use-cases. it would be great we can solve "timed out" usbmuxd especially for TV using this emulated reconnect on low level. For reference take a look to zebrunner/mcloud-android-connector#13

There is a mistake in attached device and DEVICE_BUS appium env variable. We can improve /dev/bus/usb/... sharing using actual usb port number on the server and container. Currently for Android we have hardcoded /dev/bus/usb/003/011 value.
