add iOS simulators integration #7

we should be able to reuse external wda when needed and don't perform device status check, wda startup etc. Make sure to do obligatory status verification using wda host and port

it is part of mcloud-ios-connector functionality. closing this PR here: https://github.com/zebrunner/appium/pull/309 but we have to review it and incorporate in scope of new connector in upcoming releases...
