Provide the opportunity to exploit image recognition\comparison tool on docker level #163

One of the drawbacks of the new approach is that we have certain limitations in terms of working with images, e.g. find by image strategy couldn't be utilised properly since OpenCV isn't available inside of container. That's why it would be nice to have such kind of functionality out of the box.
