unable to request PRO demo from banner

using 1.28.0 reporting we can't request demo for PRO:

let's remove banner at all.

done: zebrunner/reporting-service:1.29.0.329-SNAPSHOT testing should happen using CE, branch develop. instead of email form we just redirect to the https://zebrunner.com/?utm_source=community_edition&utm_medium=banner_header&utm_campaign=zebrunner_pro

tested successfully. also submitted ticket to bump up onto the released version
