Developer mode doesn't open via STF on selected Android devices #796

Steps:

  1. Open Samsung_J5 on STF
  2. On STF Dashboard click on 'Developer' in the Apps section

Actual result: Nothing happens after clicking 'Developer' button on:

Expected result: Developer settings menu opens on the device after clicking 'Developer' button
