iOS with 17+v is not available on STF after restart via STF #946

Steps:

  1. Open STF
  2. Open iOS device with 17+ ver
  3. Click advanced tab
  4. Click Restart device button

Actual result: iOS with 17+v is not available on STF after restart via STF
