Support for Ivy engine #262

Hi Team is there any plans for ivy engine migration? We are currently blocked for angular 16 migration. I see no new updates on this but if any mantainers looking at this issue PLEASE RESPOND!

Hi @gyansatapathy, I created the fork https://github.com/angular-ex/ngx-condition-builder with angular 15 upgrading, it may support ivy well
