Import shifts cursor to next line #11159

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

  1. Open a .vue file in editor.
  2. Start typing import {}
  3. Cursor moves to next line

Zed: v0.132.3 (Zed) OS: macOS 14.4.1 Memory: 32 GiB Architecture: aarch64
