Describe the feature

Mode where zed shows keystrokes in an overlay window. Currently when screen recording or screen sharing this requires an external tool but this is something that Zed could provide natively.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

As far as I know fleet supports this.

Looks like JetBrains calls this Presentation Assistant. Neat.
