Vim: Cannot jump to end of scope #14259

Describe the feature

When I ]} I expect to be able to jump to the end of a scope block {} but that behaviour doesn't happen, instead, i go to the next paragraph.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

Similar problem for other matching pair characters: ]), ]], ]> and their opening counterparts, [(, [[, [<.
