Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Open Zed.
Maximize it.
Toggle assistant pane.
Enter write a song and get some LLM output.
Zoom in the assistant pane by workspace::ToggleZoom
Long press ctrl-p / ctrl-n to move the cursor up and down
Notice the cursor movement is super slow

Zed: v0.151.0 (Zed Preview) OS: macOS 14.6.1 Memory: 32 GiB Architecture: x86_64

I just noticed that this issue also exists in the Terminal pane. Although in the zoomed state, it doesn't become nearly unusable like the assistant pane. In the non-zoomed state, the cursor moves very smoothly left and right, but in the zoomed state, the cursor movement becomes slow and choppy.

Reproduce steps:

Enter a very long command and zoomed the terminal pane.
Long press left or right key to move the cursor to see the issue.
