Add Amazon Q as an Inline Assistant provider.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

Potentially use this as a baseline through JSII.

Or use wasm_bindgen to bind the language server.

Looks like they support inline suggestions (ala Copilot) and Chat, plus some other agent-based things.
