Title bar not fully draggable #4947

Only the top part of the title bar is draggable:

Environment

Zed: v0.77.2 (stable) OS: macOS 10.15.7 Memory: 32 GiB Architecture: x86_64

If you only need the most recent lines, you can run the zed: open log command palette action to see the last 1000.
