Extensions view only shows top 30 extensions #8228

We need to load more extensions in on scroll

Environment

Zed: v0.125.0 (Zed Nightly) OS: macOS 14.3.1 Memory: 64 GiB Architecture: aarch64

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help explain present your vision of the feature

If applicable, attach your ~/Library/Logs/Zed/Zed.log file to this issue.

If you only need the most recent lines, you can run the zed: open log command palette action to see the last 1000.

Still valid, but we now show 500 extensions at least, which buys us more time to build some sort of paginated view or lazily loaded view.
