can't load library: fbclient.dll #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set PATH=%PATH%;C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin
2. fbclone -s D:\Firebird\Data\KTA\KTA.FDB -t D:\Firebird
\Data\KTA\KTA2.FDB -tc UTF8 -rc NONE -wc WIN1252
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FB 2.5 on win7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Does the RootDirectory registry key points to the Firebird install path ?

I close this issue with "WontFix" status as this is not a bug in fbclone but 
rather a problem with user's Firebird install or an OS problem.
