Split Ace Theme and Zed Window Theme #460

This would allow users to share custom zed window themes and still allow other users to use their favorite ace editor theme.

I've experimented with this a little and have it basically working except for a bunch of css problems that arise from the 2 splitting. Just wanted to make an issue on this for any feedback/ideas and to make sure everyone thinks it's a good idea before I work on fixing the css issues.
