Elixir mode highlighting #476

Just to make visible that Elixir mode will be added eventually to Ace ( https://github.com/ajaxorg/ace/issues/2128 ). This should remind me to remind you to update Ace so this is included too into Zed when it comes.

Done! Ace has Elixir support added (https://github.com/ajaxorg/ace/issues/2128). Now you can include that into Zed.
