add back <PageUp> and <PageDown> #525

As and are bound to control keys in the vim keyboard binding, we have to bind them explicitly to make them work. This patch makes and equivalent to vim's and .

I'm no JavaScript expert, so I don't know if the style is good enough to get integrated. I would be happy to cleanup.

As far as I can tell the removal of all control-key based bindings eliminates all page scrolling capabilities. So this patch makes it way more convenient to scroll through files.
