fixed misleading sentence about missing features #580

I am doing an assignment for school to which the assignment is contribute to an open source project. I just made one small change to the README file.

Actually it's not misleading, it's correct although grammatically complicated. The fact that features are missing is a "core feature." Your fix changes the actual meaning. I appreciate the attempt, though!
