when using the chrome app on a mac, the editor sometimes just zooms in (not from the cmd+ but something else more akin to a graphical transform being applied to the window canvas) at this point the only course of action is to exit the app and reopen it. you can't get at the menus a they are out of the area that's now visible after the zoom (eg the whole chrome window zooms, but the screen stays in it's normal mode) i suspect it thinks it is going to full screen mode, but the outer chrome frame doesn't follow suit. having said that, it's way more magnified than you would see in full screen mode.
