In general Limpets were made much slower (much lower fire rate, longer reload times, lower projectile velocity) and in exchange much more powerful per shot (Higher per hit damage, higher AoE/Faster and longer lived shrapnel)
Vehicles (excluding Bikes) have had their armour increased between 3-5x depending on the model, the goal being to prevent near instant destruction on inferno mode vs ants. Testing on the effect this has vs other enemy types is required however
